🚭 No smoking inside. A $500 fee applies for violations. Smoking is allowed outside only.

🌙 Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

🛁 Hot tub use must follow posted rules. A $500 fee applies for drain & refill if not followed (e.g., broken glass, bodily fluids).
